What is behind emotions: dating yourself

You can't run away from yourself. Basically, you can do it by going outside and meeting people, reading a book, drinking wine or chatting on the phone... Do you have a minute now? You could chat on the phone or you could look at the mirror and meet yourself. You meet yourself with all your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations - pleasant or unpleasant... You can experience them and you learn to deal with them.

It's not easy, there are a lot of fears inside which we project on other people, situations, but they are all about you who made the choice to BELIEVE that "A" means "B." And after believing that "A" means "B" you experience the sequence of thoughts, emotions, and feelings in your body. You act upon your beliefs. There is nothing good or bad in this life... it is Me and You who choose what to believe in...
